Unfortunately, applying for the ERC is notoriously complex, requiring deep understanding of payroll data, ownership structures, and shifting compliance regulations - even most tax professionals miss key details.

That’s where Innovation Refunds stepped in. By owning the ERC space and building a best-in-class application platform, we gave small business owners a simple, seamless way to access the funds they deserved. Our flagship tool, The Wizard, streamlined the ERC application process, making it more accessible and efficient for users. While product development was supported by third-party agencies, I was responsible for overseeing the visual brand experience across the platform, ensuring every screen, interaction, and touchpoint reflected a consistent, human-centered identity. From UI design to onboarding moments, I owned the cohesive experience that balanced trust, clarity, and polish.
